Hyderabad to become "World Class City" and a " Global City" by seven to eight years as reported in the newspaper. A very good news for everybody except a few.
A old map says that Hyderabad in 1805 had the River Musi flowing east- west with Afzul Bridge and Purana Pul on the east and west, The core of the city with Hussain Sagar Lake, Maula Ali's Shrine and Mah Laqa Bai Chanda's Tomb on the north. Char Minar, Purani Haveli, Mir Alam's Deorhi, Mecca Masjid, Chaumhala Palace, Raymond's Tomb and Daira Mir Monim were on the south. The Gol Conda Fort, Qutb Shahi Tomb and Banjara Hills covers the West. British Residency and Barush Shifa doting the centre.
Around four and square kilometer area of Hussain Sagar Lake built by Ibrahim Qutub Shah in 1563 doting with 34 numbers of statues of Telugu Icons and the present state of Musi River is not any conservation and environment or any technological problem, which has acumulated over the years. It can be solved with foreign help as others are trying to do.
